DELIVERIES
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of being received.
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive the tracking details of your parcel.
Delivery times are an estimate only. We are not responsible for any additional delivery time or delays incurred.

AUSTRALIA
Orders received will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
All deliveries within Australia have a $15 flat fee and will be sent with Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL
All international orders will be shipped with Australia Post.
All orders will incur a flat fee of AUD$50 and will arrive within 5-10 business days.
Some countries may require the customer to pay duties and taxes.

RETURNS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We only offer a refund if your product is deemed faulty.

Your item will be inspected upon arrival and a decision will be made.

Items must not be used, altered, or washed.
All items must have tags attached.
Items must include all original packaging.
These must be in original conditions as these are considered part of the item.

PRICE
Prices are subject to change without notice and are denominated in Australian dollars (AUD).
The price applicable will be the price displayed at the time that the Purchase Order is placed. Displayed prices are inclusive of GST.
Displayed prices are not inclusive of delivery costs.
